What this limited 10-year warranty covers:

●Montaglio Surfaces, warrants under this limited 10-year warranty exclusively to the original purchaser of the Montaglio Surfaces Quartz Surfaces for only the repair or replacement of the defective product.

●This limited 10-year warranty covers Montaglio Surfaces quartz surfaces that have been permanently installed in your residence.

●180 days free warranty from the date of installation.For ones which is beyond repair,please contact and negotiate with our sales representatives to have them replaced.

●The first year Free repair; If need to replace, 25% of market price of your product should be paid. (Note: The market price may differ with purchase price, and moreover, the promotional price cannot be used as the basis of calculation.)

●The second year: Free repair;If need to replace, 35% of market price of your product should be paid. (Note: The same as above)

●The third year: Free repair,If need to replace, 40% of market price of your product should be paid. (Note: The same as above)

●The fourth year: If need to repair,user has to pay for relevant repair cost about transportation and material. If need to replace, 45% o of market price of your product should be paid. (Note: The same as above)

●The fifth year: If need to repair, user has to pay for relevant repair cost about transportation and material. If need to replace, 55% of market price of your product should be paid. (Note: The same as above)

●The sixth year: If need to repair,user has to pay for relevant repair cost about transportation and material. If need to replace, 65% of market price of your product should be paid. (Note: The same as above)

●The seventh to tenth year: If need to repair,user has to pay for relevant repair cost about transportation and material. If need to replace, 75% of market price of your product should be paid. (Note: The same as above)

What this limited 10-year warranty does not cover:

●This warranty does not cover the products not from Montaglio Surfaces company or its authorized distributors;

●This limited 10-year warranty does not cover color variances, thermal shock, chemical abuse, impact damages or defects by fabrication, misuse or improper fabrication.

●This limited 10-year warranty does not cover any additional or supplemental repairs or modifications such as, for example, any plumbing, electrical, tile or wall surface modifications，such other repairs and modifications shall be the responsibility of the customer.

●This limited 10-year warranty does not cover products that have not been paid for in full.

●This limited 10-year warranty does not cover uses of products for products exposed to outside weather and climate conditions, abnormal use or conditions, or abuse in any way. "Abnormal use or conditions" includes, but is not limited to, damage from mishandling or misuse, damage from excessive heat or uneven exposure to weather conditions, exposure to ultraviolet light, physical or chemical abuse, and damage from improper care and maintenance.

●Montaglio Surfaces, is not responsible for damage or injury caused in whole or in part by acts of God, job site conditions, architectural and engineering design, structural movement, acts of vandalism, or accidents.

●This limited 10-year warranty does not cover seam performance.

●This limited 10-year warranty is non-transferable and does not cover claims made by subsequent owners of your home.

●This limited 10-year warranty does not cover products that you, the customer decide you do not like after installation due to color, edging styles or other opinions based on personal preference.

To register for this limited 10-year warranty, you must fill out the warranty registration or write to Montaglio Surfaces at the email address below to obtain a registration form. You must register within sixty (60) days of installation to be eligible under this limited 10-year warranty.

In order to obtain service under this limited 10-year warranty, you must permit and assist your Montaglio Surfaces product authorized agents to inspect your Montaglio Surfaces product at your residence. Also, you must reasonably cooperate with your installer and Montaglio Surfaces agents in the efforts to service this limited 10-year warranty.

Except as provided in this limited 10-year warranty, Montaglio Surfaces, shall not be liable in either tort or contract for any loss of direct, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or in ability to use the product in residential applications covered by this warranty. Some areas do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Montaglio Surfaces, makes no other warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, with respect to its products, except as expressly stated herein. Some areas do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from areas.

This is the only warranty offered by Montaglio Surfaces, for Montaglio Surfaces quartz surfaces. No one other than Montaglio Surfaces , is authorized to make any warranty or promise with respect to Montaglio Surfaces quartz surfaces.
